Diane Carlson Evans is a former nurse in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and the founder of the Vietnam Women's Memorial Foundation, which established the Vietnam Women's Memorial located at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on the National Mall in Washington, D.C.
